1. High Impedance Ensures Safety and High Current Facilitates Heating
It features high impedance, which effectively limits the short-circuit current and ensures the safety of equipment and personnel. It can withstand high current passing through, providing sufficient electrical energy for the heating elements of the vacuum furnace to meet the high-temperature heating requirements and promote the rapid heating and efficient operation process inside the vacuum furnace.
2. End Sealing + VPI for Excellent Moisture and Dust Resistance
Adopting end sealing technology combined with VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) treatment, it builds a tight protection. It has excellent moisture and dust resistance, can resist the erosion of the complex environment around the vacuum furnace, maintain the stability of internal insulation, and ensure the long-term and reliable operation of the transformer, reducing the probability of failures caused by environmental factors.
Operation Environment
A) Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m, shall be derating used if above 1000m;
B) Ambient Temperature: -25℃~55℃.
C) Relative Humidity: ≤95%;
D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
E) The supply voltage approximates sinusoidal wave, and the three-phase voltage is relatively balanced.
