LYMCO VERTUM Multi-Face Turning & Milling Center allows complete milling and turning solutions for flanges, valves, and complex part making. The live spindle feature added with a horizontal sub-spindle could greatly reduce the need of a second setup. Come in two sizes turning table of 500mm (19.6") and 800mm (31.5"), VERTUM provides the turning capacity as small as rims repair and as big as large flanges and seals. Simplified the job As vertical turning center, the table driven by torque motor act as the backbone for smooth live tooling results. The horizontal side spindle allows an easy way to make complex parts. An independent tool changer for the horizontal spindle provides extended capacity and possibilities for various jobs. Horizontal spindle with ATC Horizontal Milling System B enables a full HMC capacity to execute radial jobs on a flange and other complex processes. Independent automatic tool changer included as standard equipment. Thus, valuable time could be saved from a second or third setup. High torque vertical cutting spindle The live spindle was equipped with enlarged pulleys to amplify the motor power transmitted to the spindle. Thus allowing a strong torque output for heavy drilling and milling jobs. Torque motor driven turning table Torque motor has the benefit of effective acceleration, consistent performance, and accurate C-axis indexing and contouring attributes. As the main driver for the vertical lathe, torque motor-driven table will continue to produce stable results for years to come.
