Description

- Heated gas sample probe with filter housing and mounting flange made of Titan - Including weather protective cover - Filter housing and mounting flange can be heated to max. 180 °C [356 °F] - With ceramic filter element, other filter materials are optional - Adaption to nearly all process conditions due to its compact and modular design - Easy installation and low maintenance - Low dead volume - Power: 230 V - Material of sample-contacting parts: Titan, FKM, Novapress®, ceramic - Basic version with a large variety of available options The SP2400-H sample probes are used for continuous sampling of gases from dust-loaded, high-temperature or humid processes with a possible occurrence of corrosive condensate or with high concentrations of corrosive gas components. Gas sample probe type SP2400‑H, all gas‑bearing parts are made out of titanium, with external ceramic filter type S‑2K150, filter porosity: 2 µm, with electrically heated external filter 0 to 180 °C, adjustable by an integrated thermostat, high‑temperature limiter with reset key responding at +30 °C Tset and low‑temperature alarm with potential‑free status‑alarm contact at ‑30 °C below Tset, incl. weather protection shield with insulation, power: 230 V/50 Hz, 800 W, mounting flange: DN 65 PN 6B with G 3/4" f connection, incl. flange seal and screws, material: Viton®, ceramic, titanium
