Description

- Explosion-proof version according to ATEX for zone 1 - Peristaltic pump for wall or front-panel mounting - Safe condensate removal - Self-priming: pump creates a suction force to draw liquid upwards - With return stop - Rotational speed: 5 rpm - Flow rate: 0.3 l/h - Material of sample-contacting parts: Novoprene, PVDF The peristaltic pump SR25.1 has been specially developed for the condensate removal in analytical applications. It ensures a continuous condensate discharge in gas coolers, condensate collecting vessels, etc. A synchronous motor and the gearing unit with return stop prevent the condensate from flowing back. The capacity of 0.3 l/h guarantees a safe condensate removal, e.g. when cooling 850 l/h sample gas with an initial dew point of +70 °C. Peristaltic pump type SR25.1/Ex, ATEX certified version for hazardous zone 1 areas with the marking: II 2 G EEx m II T5, KEMA Nr. 03ATEX2218x, capacity: 0.3 Nl/h, pressure range: material: Novoprene, PVDF, connection: DN 4/6, with 600 mm long cable incl. cable gland M 20 x 1.5, power: 50/60 Hz
