The ILA1-B000-EX In-situ Laser Analyzer measures sulfur dioxide (SO2) in real time and is designed for industrial applications as well as for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The analyzer requires just one process flange for operation, thus eliminating the need to align a measuring beam running across the process.
The In-situ Laser Analyzer uses a principle known as Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS). This involves analyzing the molecular concentration of a specific gas. Due to the measurement using laser spectral analysis, the result is largely free of cross-sensitivities and other interferences.
Thanks to the combination of different materials and technical solutions, our ILA1-B000-EX analyzer can be used in a wide variety of industrial processes e.g. for process control in chemical processes (such as sulfur recovery), for environmental measurement, exhaust gas measurement in combustion processes or fire power control in coal-fired power plants.
he ILA1-B000-EX In-situ Laser Analyzer consists of a probe with an integrated measuring section. This comprises a transmitter, a reflector, a receiver, a connection flange and a sensor head. A separate HMI unit is also available as an option.
