Multi-head depositor

M&P Engineering have a long history of designing multi head solids depositors for specialist filling applications. We provide a wide range of depositor models and options with design and capacity to suit customer filling requirements. Our Multi Head Depositor has been designed to fill trays of different sizes with the same product. It is able to fill 6, 9 or 12 containers easily by simple adjustments. It is this flexibility which manufacturers and contract packers want to be sure the filling equipment they invest in is future-proof and able to fill a variety of products into a variety of containers. The model shown here is a 12 head depositor working over tray forming machine, where a continuous roll of plastics is heated and vacuum formed into shallow trays which are filled, foil sealed and then cut apart. The product here is mushy peas but we can provide heads to suit a wide range of batters, jams, pie fillings and sauces.
