Job Recall™ allows operators to quickly change or re-call previous settings to best address the needs of production. A patent-pending center divider, combined with proprietary burner and air-flow controls, effectively let the Sprint 3000 DHZ function as two separate dryers. With independent belt speeds/retention times controlled by M&R’s AccuSet™ speed controller, and belt directions that can be changed from right to left, the Sprint 3000 DHZ is like two dryers in one. The easy-to-navigate icon-based touchscreen gives operators complete control of temperatures, belt speeds, and belt directions. The Job Recall™ feature makes it easy to load saved settings based on particular inks and substrates, ensuring the proper cure every time. The Sprint 3000 DHZ includes a tethered Ink-Temperature Probe that tracks and displays a real-time graph of the ink temperature as it passes through the dryer. Giving operators peace of mind that whatever ink/substrate combination being run is meeting the manufacturer’s recommended cure settings.
