The boring machine, model TSB3, is designed for machining of hydraulic cylinders internal holes, with diameters from 20 up to 300 mm. The machine can be adjusted manually or automatically and it has got an electrowelded , normalized carpentry base . It is simple to use and easy to programm; it works with blocked piece and rotating tools on two opposing units. Toolholder devices, permit the machining of more diameters in the same workpiece, chamfing and internal and external threading. The boring machine TSB3 is equipped with a bench with adjustable supports depending on workpieces size. The hydraulic self – centering vise ensures the perfect orthogonality of machining; the load and unload are made manually , by the operator. The machine is controlled by a CN Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D SL.
