This machine automatically folds cotton gauze compresses and then packs them individually or in groups into sachets. Useful width - 44 cm Number of tracks - Minimum dimensions of compresses: 5 cm x 5 cm Maximum dimensions of compresses: 10 cm x 30 cm (8 plies) All the usual or intermediate sizes can be produced on the machine by simple adjustments. Number of plies - 8 – 12 – 16 plies 24 plies – Gauze roll (600 mm wide) Folding - The conventional folding is of the 3-fold dental type, however the possibility of offsetting of the folds allows for other combinations. Bagging - Cold sealing (pressure on bonding). The machine can pack individual or groups of compresses into sachets by stacking or shingling.
