Description

Optimize your metal chip waste management with Mackma’s BTT Series, featuring high-efficiency briquetting machines designed to compact metal chips at pressures up to 1000 kg/cm². These machines offer a compact design, advanced liquid extraction systems, and versatility across various models to meet diverse industrial needs. Benefits include increased operational efficiency, enhanced durability, and user-friendly controls, making them ideal for machining and metalworking industries. A Compact Machine The Mackma BTT50 Briquette Machine is the most compact in its class, offering advanced technology within a footprint of just 80×120 cm. Its height is adjustable, ranging from a standard 110 cm down to 60 cm or up, depending on the customer’s needs. This machine compresses shavings, reducing their volume by up to 90% with a pressure of 1000 Kg per cm² and extracts 98% of the liquid present in the shavings. It features a 50-liter liquid collection tank, a float, and an automatic pump that directs the liquid to the central processing unit. Explore Briquette Machine Models Discover the right briquette machine model based on the hourly quantity of material you need to process. All machines in the BTT Line compress at 1000 Kg per cm² and produce between 3 to 5 briquettes per minute, depending on the settings configured on the control system. The variation in hourly output depends on the material’s specific weight, the briquette settings (diameter x height), and the parameters set on the machine’s control system.
