TFT LCD display 7.0 inch is a color SPI tft lcd module which is made with 800RGBx480 resolution, it is SPI interface, that can be easily controlled via the MCU PIC, AVR, ARM,STM32 system and as the embeded systems as well. its application including Automotive, medical devices, industrial devices, home control system, security devices, POS machines which requires display in high quality and colorful image. This SPI LCD touchscreen module is 7.0" in diagonal, packed with SPI pixels, for making very small high-density displays. The 7 inch capacitive touch panel is I2C interface, it is multi touch capacitive touch panel, it can be optiacal bonding or frame bonding on the tft lcd screen. The 7 inch capacitive touch screen module is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, a backlight unit and 7 inch capacitive touch panel. 6 o’clock viewing angel display, and built in with controller IC, it supports RGB interface.
