Structure: COG LCD + RGB backlight + Metal pin connection This is DFstn lcd display module, the DFSTN LCD display means double film FSTN LCD mode, compare to FSTN mode, DFSTN has two layers of optical compensating films, the optical compesating film could compesate the ellipse polarized light to linear polarized, and make the DFSTN LCD has better contrast than yellow-green mode or blue mode STN LCD. DFSTN LCD is higher contrast, and more blacker background, high transmissive ratio. DFSTN lcd could compesate the viewing angle of STN LCD, DFSTN has a larger viewing angle than TN or STN LCD. Custom graphic dots with custom segments RGB tri-colour backlight could make the display to colors display. In built with COG LCD IC driver, SPI or I2C lcd interface could save the I/O ports in your system, that could make your system with cost competitive.
