The greatest feature of this system is that it can process objects with a high degree of accuracy. The system automatically performs everything from wet blasting, rinsing to pallet setting. Main Applications Coating pretreatment of cutting tools A pre-adhesion treatment that improves the adhesion of the coating for carbide tool surface. Removal of Drill Droplets Removes droplets generated over coating on tool surface without damaging the coating film. Honing of Cutting Tool Edges Extend the tool life by removing burrs on the cutting edge edges generated in the manufacturing process of carbide tools. Flow Inside the Equipent Workpiece (pallet) loading and unloading are done manually. Otherwise, they are done automatically.
