Automatic pallet magazine TSTACKER

The tStacker pallet stacker is a standalone modular unit, which enhances efficiency of pallet handling systems and prevents operators from lifting heavy loads. The empty pallet is fed, by means of a motorized roller conveyor, to the lifting station, where specific hooks clamp the pallet and lift it. Once the tStacker reaches the given number of pallets, it automatically proceeds with their ejection from the lifting point and then it drives them to the picking point. Optional: request for rejection from 1 to 3 stacked pallets (tOP001), automatic recognition of the incoming pallet height for stacking 1, 2, or 3 pallets (tOP002).
