Madison Company presents TL Series tape level indicators. They provide easy and cost-effective indication of liquid level without requiring electrical power. The indicators are perfect for marine uses, industrial fire extinguishers, chemical drums, and underground and remote storage of liquid. TL Series indicators are available in lengths of up to 6 feet. They have been developed for use in remote and mobile storage tanks. They use a magnetic float and standard tape measure blade. The blade is secured in a liquid tight tube to avoid any fluid contact. The indicators are available in 316 stainless steel, polypropylene and brass. Also available are a range of standard and customized floats and mounts. Their operation includes the magnetic latching of the retractable steel tape to the magnetic float's level position. The stem and the float are the only parts to come in contact with the liquid. This ensures the tape blade is clean and legible at all times. Tank level is ascertained by the tape sliding out of the stem tube.
