LASTO®WALL E comes with limited compressibility, with the acoustic bearings ensuring high bearing strength at a compression level that is optimal. In addition to minimizing settlements, the bearings are also known for offering high protection against mechanical damage, which is mainly due to the use of permanently elastic solid rubber. This aspect will help prevent material piercing and the formation of sound bridges that are linked to the penetration of water. There are several applications supported, especially those with high requirements for noise protection. Note that the minimum requirements can not be achieved by standard construction methods. The LASTO®WALL E bearings can also be used to block the secondary noise transmission paths when it comes to the vertical direction, while the secondary noise transmission paths can be blocked via pipework, which represents an excellent and affordable solution.
