Our production range includes 2 types of generators: the first one is series CVR-I, the classic version with WATER TUBES and WATER SPACE, (gas and diesel heated) which can be manufactured in AISI304, 316 or 316L stainless steel, designed and produced since the eighties for air treatment and sterilization in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and wine industries, research laboratories, SPA and hospitals. CVR-I is a completely automatic unit, with reduced overall di- mensions; it is the solution to all problems of small and medium productions, by eliminating the costs for plant engineering and reducing the consumptions of classic indirect lines, thanks also to the pre-heater/ economizer (optional that increases the steam boi- ler efficiency up to 5%) of feeding water, exploiting the smoke residual energy. In order to grant a high steam quality, the boiler in- cludes the steam super heater options producing a very dry steam without water, an essential aspect for all utilities, where this steam is used.
