The Rickilift 13 features a hydrostatic transmission and the possibility to control the machine directly from the basket, allowing the user to lift themselves up to 13 metres in height. This application has been specifically developed by Magni Telescopic Handlers to assist in all areas of the date palm cultivation and harvesting process. Rickilift’s vast U­-shaped basket can be hydraulically closed around the tree to perform palm pollination thanks to the sprayer with diffuser installed on the basket and the large stainless-steel tank. The basket’s large working area allows four operatives to work at height simultaneously all around the tree, in order to make cultivation and harvesting of the dates as quick as possible. The basket can also be fitted with a quick-couple hydraulic system and a compressed-air system as an option, enabling the use of hydraulic or pneumatic tools such as shears for removing excess leaves.
