Human engineering in modern productions, also in the food industry, requires intensified labour protection–and part of it is the reduction work place influencing noise sources. With the STARCUTTER LN (= Low Noise) MAGURIT sets the standard for rotation cutters for frozen products because these machines, capable of reducing 8to/h and therefore used in industrial productions, are the most quite machines in the industry. This was analysed with the German official bodies for labour safety analysis, and adequate test certificates are available. To reach this target we equipped the machine with the following features: A direct drive to reduce impellent noise Close welded noise suppression plate for the covers o reduce vibrations A cutting drum with twice the number of blades and bisected rpm to reduce vibrations without losing capacity. Very thick stainless steel plate, because nothing is better against noise than mass. As a result the machine has a total weight of 3,9 ton and sets the standard for modern machining reg.
