Description

The DICECUT® 506 is „the big brother“ of the DICECUT® 502, and has with its max cutting room dimension of 630 x 240 x 1100 mm (24 ¾“ x 9 ½“ x 43 ¼“) besides the processing of standard blocks also the ability to cut plate freezer blocks which are up to 1000 x 600 x 100 to 200 mm (24” x 40” x 4 to 8”). The ideal processing temperature of the DICECUT® 506 is depending on the raw material and the cutting dimension to be cut between -6°C. und -12°C (22°F. to 12°F.) Specific products can also be cut at colder temperatures. Knife heads are available from 12 x 12mm (1/2 x1/2”) to 50 x 50mm (2” x 2”), and the first dimension can be cut between 10 (3/8”) and 60 mm. (2 3/8”).
