PRECISION STRAIGHTENING MACHINE Control and actuation at the same time: The Orthopac RXVMC is the only straightening system worldwide to offer this unique combination. This completely new concept was developed for processing high-value textiles with the greatest distortion dynamics. The independently controllable straightening modules guarantee the greatest possible control of the straightening process and easily hold even the tightest residual skew tolerances. The first scanning unit at the fabric inlet operates the straightening rollers from the first centimetre of the fabric in the machine. The residual distortion is controlled by the scanning unit at the fabric outlet. Best straightening results guaranteed.
