The MAI®COMP for solid performance in a compact silo mixer pump Used by satisfied MAI customers in the dry mortar industry for many years thanks to its proven technology and low maintenance. The MAI® COMP is a compact silo mixing pump mounted on the silo container. It has a pumping capacity of between 40 and 100 l/min (with a nominal mortar hose diameter of 50mm and maximum distance of 50m) and a grain size of up to maximum of 6 mm for a silo flange diameter of 350 mm. Extended mixing time makes the difference An important feature of the MAI®COMP is the capacity for extended mixing time due to the unique position of the water injection. The patented mixing blades guarantee homogeneous mixing and processing quality (patent No: EP 1 768 771 B1). This system is an open mixed pumping system in which the consistency testing of the material can be assessed at any time with the naked eye and not only at the hose end. The pumping part is able to swivel, allowing both easy cleaning of the silo mixer and easy filling of mortar buckets. The classic MAI continuous silo mixing pump The MAI®COMP mobile mortar system consists of a horizontal continuous mixer (the MAI®2MIX MAIA-XL) and a conveyor pump located under the outlet of the pass mixer with fixed pump power, which can be modified by installing different worm pumps.
