Description
The LDM0-CE is a volumetric closing unit. The system of the unit is compact with one dosing screw that conveys the masterbatch to the screw. The screw has a constant torque brushless motor with a robust gearbox. To ensure a high accuracy and repeatability of the device, it includes an inclined metering screw. The dosing unit can be accessed with its simple acting to a handle. The dosing screw is made of stainless steel. The system can be calibrated easily. The base is complete with an inspection door and static mixer.
The device is suited for direct injection, extrusion and blow moulding machine mounting.
