The LDM1 is a volumetric dosing unit engineered by Maintechworld. It is designed for direct injection, extrusion, and low molding machine mounting. The compact system is equipped with a dosing screw to transfer masterbatch or additives to the plastification screw. The stainless steel screw is driven by a constant torque brushless motor, complete with a sturdy gearbox. The maintenance-free motor has a voltage rate of 24V, and ensures a reliable operation. The unit provides high precision and repeatability through its inclined metering screw. It features a central fixing base with an inspection door and static mixer. In addition, the LDM1 offers easy inspection by acting to a handle for access to the interior part of the machine.
