A modular and versatile line, it cuts frozen blocks automatically, continuously, and safely in cubes, sticks, and planks of the desired size. It can be easily adapted to the floor space. Process description: 1. Blocks loading-The operator simply remove the carton from the case and place the blocks on the Automatic bandsaw. 2. Automatic bandsaw with servomotor. It performs the first cut of the planks. This machine has control of the entire installation, operates automatically, and manages all the remaining processes. 3. MultiSplitter saw. It performs the second cut to obtain sticks. This unit does not have the traction bands as the movement is determined by the Automatic band saw, and the whole system is sequential depending on the cuts made by the first machine. 4. Disc machine. It has been specially designed to perform several cuts at the same time. The pieces of the Automatic Line arrive at the disc machine continuously through a tunnel and are pushed by a pneumatic system toward the discs to obtain the final product.
