lifting, for the chemical industry

Description

Sherpa lifting columns can be used in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries to lift, position and rotate drums, bins or other containers on the machines to be supplied. A particular design helps to support the pneumatic cyclones so that they can be taken to the ground for cleaning at the end of the cycle. Over the years we have provided columns to our customers all over the world. Our columns are the ideal solution for feeding presses, blistering machines, packaging machines, coating machines and other process machinery. The lifting is done by an electric chain hoist installed on the top of the pillar; our equipment do not have any oil leak. It is possible to place a microswitch inside the column to stop the boom at a predetermined height during the descent. The connection cables (electric cables and compressed air) to control the operations to be performed on the forks can be positioned inside the column. Sherpa pillar lift can lift process machinery like granulators, mixers and mills, which are moved to the ground at the end of processing for washing. The columns can be fixed or they can rotate through a motor, and can be installed in areas where ATEX certification is required
