Description
MD12864E is a monochrome 128x64 graphic LCD display module which is having the outline size 93 x 70 mm and viewing area size of 70.7 x 38.8 mm. This 128x64 graphic LCD display is built in with KS0108 controller IC or compatible IC. It supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface and 5V power supply. Yellow green,blue color and gray color available.
It's easily controlled by MCU such as 8051,PIC,AVR,ARDUINO,ARM and Raspberry Pi.It can be used in any embedded systems,industrial device,security,medical and hand-held equipment.
