Manibo rope manipulators are mainly used when frequent and rapid manual movements of loads on production lines are required. Typical applications are the loading and unloading of pieces from machine tools, the assembly of mechanical parts, or storage in a food environment. The possibility of handling loads in "zero gravity" makes the pneumatic balancer irreplaceable equipment in modern production situations. Manibo pneumatic balancers have capacity up to 150 kg and a working radius up to 4 m, which can be increased by hanging the pneumatic balancer on a jib crane or on a light manual operated bridge crane. The vertical stroke of the rope manipulators varies from 1.5 m to 2 m. In the column version, both arms of the pneumatic balancer can rotate 360° continuously, thanks to joints with internal air passages. Manibo rope balancers can also be supplied in a suitable and certified version for use in areas at risk of explosion, classified as ATEX. Upon request, the balancers can be manufactured partially or completely in stainless steel for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry or for particular applications and environments.
