F Series Oria air springs of single, double and triple convolution equivalent to Firestone air springs. Due to use the Oria air springs in special applications, however the standard metallic parts have an antirust protection, they can also be manufactured in stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316). Oria F series rubber air bellows have several design alternatives. In order to understand the type of end closure used for each bellow reference and its possible alternative, the following picture shows the types of fixations that can be found in the general table for each model, grouped by type of bead plater and/or bead ring. Regarding the design with crimped bead plates, the air connection, fastening threads and steel quality can vary. Regarding the design with bead rings, the type of bead ring (see section on bead ring types) and the quality of the material may vary, being possible its supply in galvanized steel, and stainless steels as AISI-304 and AISI-316. The bolt circle diameter of the bead rings specified in the data chart and in the technical data sheets refer to the socked head and countersunk bead rings. Threaded type bead rings may have different fixation circle diameters than other designs. In case of doubt, please contact us.
