The STERY-SA is a rotary vial filling and stoppering machine suitable for Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) up to Large Volume vials (500ml) produced in aseptic condition, able to perform full or partial rubber stoppering for Liquid or Lyo products. The alu-capping station can be integrated on board the filler (monoblock version) or installed on a dedicated machine, the CAPSY-SA. Main Features: • Robust, simple and reliable mechanic assembled on a traditional table-top machine; • Easy integration under oRABS, cRABS and Isolator; • Different filling systems available, based on Rotary Piston Pumps and/or Peristaltic pumps; • 100% weight control IPC available; • Complete or partial rubber stoppering for liquid or lyo products; • Possibility to integrate the alu-capping station on board (monoblock solution); • Possibility to configure the machine for alu-capping only (version CAPSY-SA); • Stopper and Alu-caps pre-feeders and sorting systems totally integrated on board to offer a compact arrangement;
