For first-time Marion buyers or processors with new or startup operations, the Ox provides the ideal answer for small and medium size batches. Ox comes in sizes from 3.5 to 30 cubic feet and features stainless or carbon steel constructions and a smooth welded finish for easy cleaning. Ox is a perfect fit for agricultural applications, chemical and plastic resins operations. Limited customizations are available to better fit some applications, and the Ox maintains its value for trade-in when the operation is ready to upgrade to a larger or more sophisticated Marion mixer. The unique combination of Marion's process knowledge, our client's needs, and these custom options made this configuration possible. What can we design for you? Marion’s paddle agitator is designed for gentle mixing of solids of dissimilar size, shape, density, and viscosity. Materials travel in a 3D figure-eight pattern, constantly pulling from the end of the mixer to the middle for consistent mixing of product. Our paddle agitators can work effectively down to 20% of rated capacity, and are available welded, bolted, or a combination of both depending on the application.
