The MCU-200BN is rated for operating temperatures up to 50°C with no cooling required and features a cable entry seal for power, marking head, serial and I/O and Ethernet connections. The function of USB and SD card help you back-up and restore the data easily. • Most important function can be operate without PC or with PC through RS-232 cable using JS-1000 S/W • No Air Cooling system inside of the MCU • Linear, circular, oblique-line, angle and Cylinder marking, Hexagon marking (with CDC-20) • Automatic serialzation, Date coding, Julian calendar, Special date coding, week code, Shift code, day & night coding. • Standard embedded fonts (STD1, STD2, STD3, DOT) • Single block & Multi blocks data, Auto CAD PLT file marking and special logo marking • 2D Data matrix marking • SD card and USB for more convenience to Backup and restore data • Able to communicate with on the integration system by I/O interface , RS-232 and Ethernet. The MCU-200B is compact size controller for small working spaces. LCD on the controller makes you control easily by keyboard. While the MCU-200B can be integrated with JS-2000 on the computer via RS-232 cable, MCU-200B can be worked without a computer. It also has an external “Stop, Start and Reset” switch for customer convenience. MCU-200B is able to support any language and all window font when MCU-200B is connected with JS-2000.
