The KING-GAGE® Rotameter Gauge is an integrated bubbler system. It offers accurate readings and is highly easy to use. The device can be used for continuous indication of tank liquid level. This is achieved by simply adjusting the rotameter to be at an appropriate airflow. Direct reading can be offered by the system, in units like volume, weight, or depth by the means of a custom calibrated scale. The KING-GAGE® Rotameter Gauge comes with a pipe which is extended downward into the liquid tank. When compressed air is used for purging, then air pressure that is equal to the hydrostatic force of liquid within the tank, will displace the liquid contained in the downpipe. Air pressure constantly maintains equilibrium against the force of the liquid with the help of the rotameter that is controlling a low rate of flow. Depth of the liquid determines the output. This device requires a source of compressed air, which should typically be 55-60 psi / 3.9-4.1 bar, for operation.
