Secondary conveyor belt cleaner Hawg® DH2

The Martin Durt Hawg® DH2 Secondary Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper provides improved cleaning efficiency with a high-volume blade for longer life and a sturdy mainframe that withstands tough conditions. Requires only a hammer to mount steel cleaning blades. Features and Benefits: Blade replacement is fast and easy; just pound out worn blades and pound in the new ones. Resilient urethane cleaning elements absorb impact, let splices pass without damage. Rugged, one-piece molded urethane elements stand up to tough conditions. Applications: The Durt Hawg® DH2 Conveyor Belt Cleaner is suited for medium to heavy-duty applications, on belts from 18 to 96 inches (~400 to 2400 mm) operating at speeds up to 750 fpm (3.8 m/sec). Options: Martin Engineerings color-coded high performance urethanes available to suit application. Blades available in mild steel, stainless steel or tungsten carbide Martin® Twist™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner available.
