LFM™, HFM™, and PCM™ controlled permeability media is the superior choice for your fluidized material handling needs. Utilizing precision diffusion-bonding (sintering) technology, MKI manufactures fluidizing media that exibit outstanding mechanical properties including:
Highly uniform airflow characteristics for the entire sheet area.
High temperature resistance, up to 1000° F continuous and
1200° F intermittent temperature fluctuations.
Type 316 stainless steel construction. Other temperature and
corrosion resisting alloys available on special request.
Convenient stock sheet sizes of 24" x 48" and 36" x 36". Larger
butt-welded sizes are also available.
Abrasion and puncture resistant.
