Machine suitable for the depalletizing of bottle, glasses, jars, and tins with transfer of a layer at a time through gripping (NECK HANDLING), system enabling to insert both flat pads and trays between the layers. The machine is completely automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with productive capacity up to 400 containers/minute.
All movements are mechanical motorized controlled through variable speed drive inverter for precise and soft starts and stops. Machine equipped with independent perimetric centring device controlling the pallet permanently, without releasing it, till exhaustion. The centring frame provides to align the rows of bottles before the descent of the gripping head and the wrap the pallet so preventing the accidental fall of the bottles.
The presence of the operator is required only for the functions of removal of protection wrapping in the pallet unwrapping station. Equipped with an automated, independent and rotary pad and top frame removing device with two separate magazines for the removal in automatic mode and both the top frames from the top of the pallets and the pads between the layers. The linear movements are controlled through motor reducers with variable speed drive inverters while the positioning of the axes is controlled through an encoder. Besides the standard head with simplified adjustment through templates without the use of wrenches, a self-adjusting head with inflatable profiles positioning themselves automatically according to the product being processed.
