Machine for the insertion of dividers for the automatic distribution of pressed cardboard dividers into empty or filled carton cases. Compact and sturdy framework of painted steel. Continuous load big capacity divider magazine fed from the side of the machine. Electromechanical arm for the pick up of the dividers and their transfer, opening and squaring through suction cups. The machine, with the accessories required, can work: • One 6-bottle carton at a time, • One 12-bottle carton at a time. Carton conveying system with device for their perfect alignment under the inserter and the following discharge to the sealing unit. Rapid format change. Motorization controlled through inverter for progressive and soft starts/stops. Model suitable for lines with capacities up to 16 cartons/minute.
