Tube winder MSF COILER

for extrusion lines

Masfen plastic pipe coilers designed for winding PE pipes, corrugated pipes, dripping pipes. We use servo motor for positioning pipe on the coil,that provides accuracy of coiling. Our pipe coilers can coil Ø16 mm pipe up to Ø125 mm pipe diameter. With the tork settings ,tension of the plastic pipe coming from the line can be adjusted easily via the touch panel. Our coilers have internal PLC system,they can be used end of the pipe line without any electrical interference. At the end of the coil winding, by the one-touch operator can remove coil from machine easily.
