For faster cycle times with the most demanding materials The MVG25 (Manifold Valve Gate) system is ideal for small to medium applications which require close cavity, high speed, sequential filling or highly cosmetic gates. The MVG valve gate system produces faster cycle times, improved part strength and appearance with increased dimensional stability. Due to its multiple gating options and lack of material traps it will operate with most demanding materials. The MVG25 is designed for easy installation and maintenance due to simple mounting in the backplate with integral airways. Multiple Nozzle and Gate Options The MVG25 incorporates the MX and BX 13-16 Series nozzle range in sizes ranging from 45-250mm in length with standard pitching of 55mm (can be modified to fit 43mm pitching on request). Gating options include either torpedo or open tips and open, bush or sprue nuts.
