Description

OZONE GENERATOR – CONTACT SKID SYSTEM FOR SWIMMING POOLS & WATERPARKS MAT decided to design ozone contact skids from scratch. Our equipment derived after spending more than 3 years in Research &Development and field trials. Generally, it was considered that providing a standard pressurized chamber for the O3 to be infused in water was enough. Disinfection is a key component to the multi-barrier approach to provide safe swimming water. The most effective disinfection is demonstrated through the concept of contact time (CT), which is defined as a product of a disinfectant residual concentration(C), in mg/L and the effective disinfectant contact time (T), in minute. The CT value is developed to relate the level of inactivation under different operational conditions. Depending on the treatment processes, additional Crypto and Giardia removal/inactivation may be required for a surface water source. Significant deterioration of water quality may require further removal or inactivation of virus, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia. MAT Ozone Contact Skids (OCS) designed as per best contact time for each purpose of the application. MAT Ozone Contact Skids have its own booster pump to pressurize water in contact tank to maximize solubility efficiency. MAT Ozone Contact Skids has also an ozone destruct unit as default on skid for safety regulations.
