This top wrapper achieves the high rotation speed of 33 revolutions per minute and thanks to the double rotating arm, the machine can wrap 120 pallets per hour. Our own engineering department will be happy to customise the robust wrapper, including the transport system. Thanks to the perfect adjustment of the speed of the rotating arm and the film consumption by the driven pre-stretch system, you always achieve the desired wrapping result. Double arm for extra capacity Thanks to the double arm, the wrapping cycle can be carried out in half the time. It is also possible to have one film carriage with transparent and one film carriage with black film. The production can then wrap in transparent and black film. The information for this is taken from your ERP system, for example. When the film from one film carriage is exhausted when using a double arm, the machine automatically switches over to a single arm. The production therefore continues, albeit at a lower capacity.
