Description

F-6 Front Loading Furnace Our F-6 front loading furnace has a heating area of 6” wide x 10” high x 12” deep (152 mm W x 254 mm H x 305 mm D) and has four side heaters to provide uniform heating. With rated temperatures up to 2500°C for select materials, availability of vacuum systems, gas systems for oxidizing, reducing and inert environments, and numerous other options, this furnace can be configured to meet unique customer needs. Many options are available. All sub-systems are integrated with interlocks for safe, reliable operation and are extensively tested before shipping. General Specifications: Hot zone area: 6” W x 10” H. X 12” D (152mm W X 254mm H x 305mm D)* Materials & maximum temperatures: Ceramic, 1700°C max. Molybdenum, 1650°C max. Tantalum, 2100°C max. Tungsten, 2500°C max. Graphite, 2500°C max. Rough or high-vacuum systems. Gas systems: inert, oxidizing or reducing. Numerous chamber ports for installing options. Available with high vacuum systems, flammable gas systems and other options.
