Description

B-12 Bottom Loading Furnace Our B-12 bottom loading furnace has a heating area of 12” dia. X 18” high (305 mm dia. X 457 mm high) and has almost three times the heated volume of our B-8 model. A larger power supply, support frame and pumping and gas system surrounds the chamber. With rated temperatures up to 3000°C for select materials, availablility of vacuum systems, gas systems for oxidizing, reducing and inert environments, and numerous other options, this furnace can be configured to meet specific customer needs. Our basic system includes a power supply with TC or pyrometer feedback for PID temperature control of the hot zone, a rough vacuum system and an inert gas system for controlling the chamber atmosphere, a water system for cooling and motorized lift system for loading and unloading.
