High frequency welding presses with transfer trays make it possible to produce all types of products, from blister to sunbathing, with reduced cycle times compared to those of a conventional stationary machine. These two trays make it possible to prepare the next product during the welding, or to accommodate two different tools in order to carry out several operations on a product or several different products. 1 – 4 COLUMN PRESS •Stiff tack welded chassis, with RAL 7035 textured paint •Pressure: max 1 800 kg in pneumatic version •320 mm long pneumatic cylinder, with adjustable upper set point through electric sensing •Shielded upper marble, with adjustable alignment (other optional dimensions available) •Electric heating to regulate upper marble temperature •Lower marble insulated from the ground and connected to the high frequency only during the working pressure •Two manual lateral transfer tables •Adjustable shielding around the upper marble, to avoid possible interference through radiations •HF 8 or 15 kW generator with insulated HF conductor system •Electrical cabinet integrated in the press chassis
