The OPC Security Gateway, manufactured by Matrikon, is capable of securing all real time OPC architectures. It has been integrated with the MatrikonOPC Tunneller data encryption, which is the preferred method of hardening distributed OPC architectures. Furthermore, it hides OPC Servers from unauthorized users, enforces role-based security and is compatible with all OPC DA clients and servers, regardless of vendor.
