AUTOMATED UNIVERSAL PNEUMATIC GRIPPER Flexible universal gripping and supporting Module: FLEX-CLAMP 0042.6720 - flexible handling process with changing workpieces - fail safe passiv system (air is needed to unlock) - form adapting flexible clamping system - can be used on a robot gripper - flexible supporting jaw - for full automated production lines - automated assembly processes - up to 4.5 kN load/module - industrie 4.0 ready - for heavy complex workpieces Optional: Available to order with two sensor monitoring systems: The first option is used for monitoring of the pin-fields position (clamped or loosened). This option implemented via a standard Reed Sensor. This checks the piston position of the pneumatic unit which locks the pin-field. The second option is used for monitoring of the individual pin-rows. This MATRIX-sensor monitors whether the pins are released correctly in the disconnected-mode. This allows you to monitor the serviceable condition of the module during operation, as well as to record the need for repairs or maintenance in a timely manner.
