MATRIX mechatronics's Pneumatic Solenoid Valves which is part of the 860 PCM Variable Flow Series is assembled in a body with 9 shutters which are controlled separately. The shutters have several fluid flow and are put to a single outlet port. The valves are characterized by a linera link in-between of the whole flow rate and the binary code control resulting to a solution for the flow control in a digital manner or PCM technique. Its response time both in opening and closing are not more than a millisecond and are flow value independent. The flow value changes happen with a phase lag of over 1 ms which is also in the instantaneous variation case from the minimum to the maximum value which is permitted by the solenoid valve.
