The SPR 1000 from Matrix is a closed-loop electronic pressure regulator. A 5000 Nl/min @6bar power stage7 volume booster is incorporated onto the pressure regulator to deliver high-quality performance. It has the ability to convert a variable analog or digital input signal into a proportional pneumatic output while maintaining pressure precision. Moreover, SPR 1000 comes with an 8-bit microcontroller that processes signals and commands. It is capable of delivering complex tasks, and also has a simple interface with other control systems via serial RS-232. The analog or digital input signal, is also processed by the microcontroller, and converts equal pressure output with the use of Pulse Width Modulation that manages a set of full speed solenoid valves for feed and exhaust usage.
