Description

Deaermild offers continuous deaeration of low/high viscous liquid. A variety of models are available depending on required throughput. Matsubo Corporation is the exclusive distributor of Deaermild. Features Designed for continuous process Reliable and robust seal Operation is fully automated Space saving Laboratory model (both continuous type and batch type) is available Applications Food (mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickle solution, etc.) Chemicals (polymerization, adhesives, paints, latex, etc.) Cosmetics (shampoo, cream, toothpaste, etc.) Paper manufacturing (coating liquid) Pharmaceutical (tablet coating liquid, ointment, etc.) Working principle 1. Feeding The vacuum chamber is depressurized with the vacuum pump. Product liquid is fed on the distributor, which is rotating, in the vacuum chamber. 2. Deaeration Product liquid is exposed to centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the distributor. This improves deaeration and enhances formation of thin film layer of product liquid, which resulted in breakage of bubbles. Deaeration continues while product liquid flows down along the wall of the vacuum chamber, where product liquid becomes a thin film layer. 3. Discharging Processed product liquid stays in the vacuum chamber and the level of product liquid is maintained automatically by controlling the discharging pump.
