Slurry screener was developed for removing of coarse particles from slurry. The centrifugal force generated by a rotating screw is applied to the slurry, pressing particles against a filter screen. Particles are classified screen passages and screen residues. The rotating screw generates vibration on the filter screen, which prevents the mesh of the screen from being clogged by the particles. These features allow Slurry screener to achieve a sharp particle distribution of classified particles, and enable to remove coarse particles from the slurry.
